For prospective therapy clients

Please read the following before requesting an intake appointment:

• My fees are $250/hour for individual therapy and $300/hour for couple/family therapy. My hourly fee for meeting on weekends is higher. Please see my intensives page.

• I am an out-of-network provider for individual therapy services, not couples or family therapy. All payment is due at the time of service. Please see the “insurance” tab on my FAQ page for a more detailed explanation.

• You and your partner/family member(s) need to be physically located in the states of Washington or Utah. For couples therapy, you and your partner must be physically located in the same room, with privacy and no interruptions. If you have young children needing supervision, childcare must be in place. Please contact me if you and your partner are in a long distance relationship.

• For family/couple therapy appointments, all parties must attend. In some cases of family therapy, this may not be possible at the beginning. Please contact me in this case.

• I have a strict 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy which applies to all appointments.

• When you request an intake appointment, please include your partner’s first and last name and email address, so that I can send you and your partner intake documents to be completed within 48 hours of your acceptance of your request. I will confirm your appointment upon receipt of documents. I do not hold appointments without all documents on file completed.
