For prospective therapy clients

Please read the following before booking an intake appointment:

• My fees are $200/hour for individual therapy and $250/hour for couple/family therapy.

• I am an out-of-network provider for some therapy services. All payment is due at the time of service.

• If you would like to use your out of network benefits, I can send you a superbill at the end of each month. Your couple/family therapy most likely will not be covered by your insurance plan. Please see the “insurance” tab on my FAQ page for a more detailed explanation.

• You and your partner/family member(s) need to be physically located in the states of Washington, Utah or Florida. For couples therapy, you and your partner must be physically located in the same room, with privacy and no interruptions. If you have young children needing supervision, childcare must be in place. Please contact me if you and your partner are in a long distance relationship.

• For family/couple therapy appointments, all parties must attend. In some cases of family therapy, this may not be possible at the beginning. Please contact me in this case.

• I have a strict 48 hour cancellation/reschedule policy which applies to all appointments. Once you request an intake appointment, I will send you (and your partner) intake documents to be completed within 48 hours of your request. I will confirm your appointment upon receipt of documents. I do not hold appointments without all documents on file completed.
